As you enter the villa (pic of entrace - privious page) into the a large reception room (privious page) , you'll see a spectacular view of the bay thru the front windows. To the left, thru a glazed external door leads to the patio recreation area where the breeze is best felt. To the right of the reception area, is located the guest bedroom (privious page) with the fully fitted un-suite where your guest will enjoy total privacy.

Moving down to the first floor, a large open hallway with a utility room with washing machine and other facilities in this area. To the left of the stairs, located 2 double bedrooms with a shared fully fitted bathroom. And at the opposite end of this level, located the master bedroom (privious page) decorated with a king size 4-poster bed and a fully fitted un-suite including shower, bath, twin vanity unit and b-day (privious page). The door to the master bedroom will first lead you thru the dressing room and a large vanity area. The master bedroom comes with its own balcony (Main page).

Halfway down the next flight of stairs, is located the powder room to service the ground floor and pool area. On the ground floor there's a fully fitted kitchen (below)with 2 integrated fridges, integrated freezer, integrated dish washer and ample cupboard space. You'll find a central dining room and lounge area with satelite TV (free subscription for the 1st year). As you step out to a nicely shaded verandah across the front and 2 sides of the ground floor. To the front of this is the pool and deck area. Located below this is the pump room for the pool and a 7,000 gallon water tank.
